ENTRY CONDITIONS

1. Tickets will not be issued. Riders will be allowed entry based on payment following receipt of signed waiver on first visit, spectators will be allowed entry based on signing of waiver. You must comply with the Terms and Conditions appearing on the waiver form signed by you or on your behalf.
2. You must comply with all signs, instructions and directions regulating entry including the Rules of the Park.
3. You must comply with all directions of all THE SHED staff, police, security personnel and officials.
4. No unsealed drink containers to be taken into the Skate Park area.
5. No alcohol may be taken into The Shed.
6. No glass receptacles are permitted in The Shed.
7. No gang colours, patches or other items that signify gang membership.
8. No illegal substances may be brought into The Shed.
9. No weapons of any nature may be brought into The Shed.
10. No animals may be brought into The Shed.
11. No platforms or anything that can be used to erect platforms are permitted into The Shed. Nothing that will obstruct the view of patrons is allowed to be constructed. Skate Parks Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine what is unacceptable in its sole discretion.
12. No vehicular access to The Shed is permitted unless you have been provided with a vehicular pass by the event organiser.
13. Failure to comply with these Conditions may result in removal from The Shed. Skate Parks Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove you from The Shed for any conduct it, in its opinion, considers unsatisfactory.
14. You agree to release and indemnify the operator or any event organiser against any loss, damage, claim or demand (whether personal injury, death or property damage) suffered by you, the operator or any event organiser (and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensees and assignees) or any third party which occurs as a result (directly or indirectly) of your acts or omissions (whether negligent or otherwise) or your non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry.
15. It is a condition of your entry into The Shed that you release and indemnify any event organiser (and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensees and assignees), and The Shed from any loss, damage, claim or demand arising as a consequence of your attendance at The Shed.
16. You are reminded that it is your responsibility to proceed to and from The Shed safely and exercising all due care. Skate Parks Australia Pty Ltd and The City of Casey accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, death or injury arising from your journey to and from The Shed or from the parking of vehicles at The Shed.

PARK RULES
Accepting and adhering to the rules are a condition of entry to the park. The rules exist to make the park as safe as possible for everyone.
1. All participants must complete and sign a rider waiver in order to ride (under 18’s by parent / guardian and witnessed by another person over 18)
2. All participants must wear helmets
3. All clinic participants must wear helmet, knee & elbow pads, shin/wrist guards
4. All participants must immediately cease riding ramps when wet – from leaks or spills
5. BMX cannot share the use of the street course or foam pit with skateboarders, scooters and/or in-liners during general admission ride sessions.
6. All participants must skate/ride safely at all times and avoid collisions with other participants. Fighting or other aggressive or disruptive behaviour will result in ejection from the park.
7. No food or drink may be taken onto ramps or into ramp areas or consumed on ramps or in ramp areas. Food and drink may only be consumed in spectator areas.
8. Smoking is prohibited at The Shed.
9. Spectators may not use or stand on ramps or within ramp areas for any reason.
10.No one under the age of six (6) is allowed to use the ramps outside of arranged workshop sessions.
11.Non-skate or riding gear, including bags, must be kept off ramps.
12.No contests, events or photo shoots of any description may be held in the park unless organised by or in conjunction with and approved by The Shed Management. Participants may use their own cameras while at the park at their own risk of loss or damage. Spectators may shoot from spectator areas only.
13.All non-participants must sign into the park via the spectator or media waiver to enter.
14.Park management reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject anyone at any time from the park at its own discretion.
15.All participants and spectators in the park must wear a wristband as proof of payment and/or having signed into the park.
16.Suitable shoes and shirt or tee shirt must be worn at all times.
17.No riding in the Retail Shop or Mezzanine Level.
18.Upon entering The Shed you agree to bag checks if requested by The Shed Staff.
